Hi Ratandeep,

This is a make new computer and a make new install of IE11. Autocomplete works fine except for three sites I utilise regularly for work, for which I answered "not for this site" to the question  "Would you lot similar to shop your password for <website>?

I take disabled and re-enabled autocomplete from Internet Options, checked the registry, looked into Windows Credentials, and as far as I can see, there is no fashion to clear this option for a item site.

In earlier versions of IE you had to get into HKCU in the registry and delete a key just the primal is gone now.

Is there no other manner to clear "not for this site" for a few sites in "remember password", other than to completely reset IE settings?

Hullo,

Today I went alee and reset IE to factory settings, since it'd only been a calendar week and I wasn't losing much.

I learned that resetting IE sets everything dorsum to factory EXCEPT your choice "non for this site" to the question, "Would you like to shop your countersign for <website>?"

Again, is at that place really no mode to undo this choice, one time made?

Cheers,

Joe

I don't know what metro IE is.

I don't recall whether I selected the checkbox to delete personal settings. I believe I did, as everything went back to manufactory.

I'yard unwilling to try it at this signal, because I've done a lot of customization and I don't desire to go through this once more.

I'd like to get an reply to the question, is there no fashion to salvage a countersign for a site that yous've previously said non to save passwords for, other than completely resetting IE?

Regards,

Joe

is there no manner to save a password for a site that you've previously said not to save passwords for, other than completely resetting IE?

Hi,

Methods which worked with earlier versions of Windows and IE, don't work with Windows vii or 8 or IE10 or IE11.

Yous do not have to Reset IE Settings but volition have to articulate all stored passwords from Internet Options> General tab> Browsing history> Delete. It should not be necessary to delete Temporary Internet Files, History or Forms.
